01 — Websites & web apps

Marketing sites, booking flows, dashboards, small SaaS. Fast to load, plain to run, handed over with the keys.

02 — Android apps

Native Android builds, Play Store submission handled end to end. No iOS at present.

03 — Repairs & handovers

A stalled build or a broken site. Assessed in a week, quoted flat, finished or replaced — your call.

How it runs

Four steps, the same every time. You always know what happens next and what it costs.

01
Call or email

Thirty minutes on a call, or the whole thing over email — your choice. Free either way. You describe it; I say plainly whether it is a project I can finish.

02
Written scope

One page: what gets built, what does not, the price, the dates. Nothing starts before you sign it.

03
Build

A working link every Friday. You use it, you tell me what is wrong, I fix it that week.

04
Handover

Code, accounts, a short written guide, and thirty days of fixes at no charge.

Most projects
From $1,500

Fixed fee for an agreed scope. Half at signing, half at handover.

Open-ended work
$500 / day

Advisory work, audits, or builds whose scope genuinely cannot be fixed yet.

After launch
$300 / mo

Updates, monitoring, small changes. Monthly, cancel whenever.

Figures exclude tax. Every estimate is given in writing before any work begins.

Describe the project.

Two or three sentences is enough. I reply within one business day, and I say no when something is not a fit.
